When I enter to the career i did it because i liked all the things it had to offer, but i was clear that there were things I wouldn´t like, after all not everything is perfect and the university of chile has a lot of fails. First of all, i would change the faculty infrastructure; i mean there is actually no place for sitting that had trees and where you can relax a while. I also would change my library, it’s too small and i don't like it doesn't have bookcases. Talking about the curriculum, i think is fine, i was fascinate the first time i read it, i didn't like biology but i understand that people who want physical anthropology likes it, the only "bad" thing is there hadn't been any modifications to the program since years, that situation changes the next year but they are deleting the subject of latinamerican social history and i think is a terrible idea. About the workload, i don't have any complains, I have plenty of time for doing my work the thing is i waste it because i procrastinate too often. On other hand, I have issues with the teachers, some of them are not made for being teachers. I think that not because of having a phd you're gonna be a good teacher, they can know lots of things and being experts anthropologist but i don't understand many things of what they explain, because they don't know how to teach things to inexperience people like me. I really don´t know if that can be change because its typical of universities to find bad teachers but if you have fifty percent of your class that failed the test then probably the problem aren´t the students.

Well, I'm totally agree, I think that teachers need pedagogic skills, having a phd doesn't make you a good teacher
